As the largest mansion in the USA, the Biltmore has a special place in my heart. Built in 1889 for George Vanderbilt II in Asheville, NC, it is a massive home at over 178,000 square feet of floor space. The reason it is special to me is because it's my wife's version of Disneyland. We have been there on two separate occasions (she's been four times in total) and it is breathtaking in person. The shear amount of work that went into not just the house but the grounds, gardens, landscape, etc. is just amazing. This isn't going to be easy but I want to give it a go.
I discovered during my research that since the Biltmore is privately owned, any use (3D art, paintings, etc.) of the building or grounds for commercial use (including competitions) is not allowed. They were really nice about it so no hard feelings; just need to do a different building.
