So, as with every challenge, I get bored and unfocused quite easily. I start on something, then get drawn to something completely different and get excited about the new item. This year, I am forgoing the Castlevania piece I was working on and going with a video game that has not seen much love lately, and deserves a bit of respect as he has been around for most of our childhood. I present my rough concept for for the classic game, MEGAMAN!

Getting some of the more basic shapes down and the general feel for his armor.

Ok, so got both Megaman and Gutsman made up a bit. Still need cleaning up and textures obviously, but it gives you all a feel for how I am making them up.

So quick rough draft of the posing for this render. Nothing fancy just yet, just two robots fighting to the death.

Lots of work done already, impressive! I'm not a fan of the change in style but it is a really tough exercise to get your own realistic style out of something cartoony, and you do it well, so congrats! I really like the posing of the characters, looking forward for the final scene, good luck!
