Hello there!
I decided to join the competition. I never did anything like it so I'm pretty excited!
For this challenge I picked Belgian battle rifle FN SCAR-H chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO.
I really like the look of this weapon and I think that it will be a lot of fun for me.

So this is the high poly model i ended up, with assigned materials to see how it will look at the end. I'm still not sure how i will texture this weapon, but this is one of the ideas.

This is low poly, unwrapped version of this rifle, i will now begin texturing proccess.

I finally decided how i want textures to look like. Now i will be creating some simple props to my scene.

I made weapon case that my rifle will be leaning against, and simple plain that will serve as a surface of my scene.

And this is my final render that i ended up with. I hope you like it, it was a lot of fun and practice for me 🙂
