Designing the interior of the car where the gun is going to be placed, trying to keep that retro-future-hipster feel going with all the analogue equipment.

Finished all the car interior modelling and prepared everything for texturing now, hopefully haven't bitten off more than I can chew here, thankfully most of the environment won't be in the shot so I can hopefully be pretty sparing on texturing, not any particularly interesting image to post! Haha

Crunch time. A lot of what I'm probably gonna be texturing won't even be in the render, but it's nice to have a decent set to leave your options open. Laid out the base for texturing and began work on filling out the panels in the centre, using a bit of parallax for insetting some of the graphical interface into the panel for some depth 🙂

Still just fleshing out the car interior, getting into some finer detailing with stickers and that. Yeah I do love my stickers...

I think I'm basically there now, designed some more vinyl covers to flesh out some parts of the scene although unlikely that they'll be shown in the final render. Other than that done some set dressing and lighting, as well as added a little hud on the windscreen for a little story element 🙂 A large part of the scene probably won't be shown for this mpetition but I'll do a follow up one covering other aspects of the environment,

Experimented with some post process and got some feedback from friends, going to gather some more feedback now and see if there's anything I can tweak in the time until deadline, if anyone's got any suggestions please don't hesitate to tell me!

Had some great feedback and went through a lot of lighting iterations, I think we're there now though. It was great fun, good luck to everyone in the competition!
