Sleepless Nights - De Tomaso Pantera - Car Render Challenge 2020

Did some work today:

I've started working on details. I'm leaving the wheels for the end, otherwise I'd just be spinning the model in viewport whole day and just watching how cool it's coming together instead of working 😛

Since I've started quite late and I'm a little bit behind the schedule I have to change the idea of the whole scene. Still a lot of job to do, we'll get there tho 🙂 

I think it's enough work for today... made some details, fixed some minor issues with the body. The exterior is almost finished, finally started modeling the tail lights, after that I'll focus on finishing the suspension and visible part of the gearbox. Also I've started modelling the interior, allthough I don't think it's gonna be visible at all.

Quick update - tail lights finished.

Just one fast preview today, I'm way behind (busy week). The exterior is actually 99% finished, need to work on some interior details later if there's enough time. I've unwrapped the body and I think it's time to start thinking about the scene.

I've started working on the textures, will try not to overdo the dirt.

I've decided this to be my first Unreal Engine project, so it's kind of experiment/learning experience and it's taking a lot more time than usual. Still going anyway, hope I'll make it in time. Here is a small update, just moving stuff around and looking for a cool perspective. Still a lot of work to do, materials, composition etc.

It seems this will be my first but definately not last Unreal Engine project 🙂 Just dropping some viewport screenshots here, still WIP, but I think I'm going to make it in time.
