Hello,
As they say. Better late than never.
Here is my WIP dump for the 2023 SCIFI industrial render challenge.
Named AZOV - 2037
The idea is taken from the Azovstal Iron and Steel Works complex. ( Pre-war )
I was doing some research on Google and looking at some factories and processing pants
I was inspired by a lot of places in Turkey/Italy/Ukraine and a few more.
Setting the mood is rather challenging but I am trying to go for the semi-futuristic Factory Cooling plant section.
I am settling on an Azovstal factory type of style with a lot of silos and piping ( what I think is for cooling various compound delivery to the plant and production lines )
I got prox 7 days to get this dun so will try to keep this up to date. Here is my mood board.

Quick update..
decided to do a quick Utrun on the initial idea. Still doing the factory type of build however more of a processing plant of a feel .
here can be seen the centerpiece layout. Will post the next batch of images later tonight.

Basically went all in.
Again reworked the layout and settled for the final approach.
made a g agreeable thing and did a mech for the factory. added some depth to it.
Still got a chunk to do.
need to add some more POI details. but overall feel can be seen where I am heading
I am not massive on making environments however i take this as a learning curve

Tried my best to get this done in a short amount of time. also, I do not do environments at all. so this was a good challenge for me.
I will upload my WIP images later today or morrow with some broken-down parts and hopefully make a good explanation of how it all got assembled. as you can see from above it all changed the composition quite a bit tho i am quite happy with how it turned out
