I don't understand what tool are you using for modeling. Your model is so clean. Congrat.
This is NURBS in max ?
Not really. Typical poly modeling, just with multiple modifications at different smooth level or sometimes reverse manual "unsmooth" to get rid of some excessive edges. Basically nothing special.
p.s.: Headlight molding body part was quite challenging, cuz i didn't want to go for a simple intersection or boolean, so I spend several hours to sew a proper poly topology
