Car Render Challenge 2016 - Mercedes AMG roadstar
Hello everyone!, this is my first time competing here. I chose a Mercedes AMG specifically for its long burnet and nice curves. I used the spline method to get the overall shape, then converted the resulting surfaces to polygons for detailing. I haven't got any ideas for the environment yet, but i hope to create a great environment for it.

When creating the skyscraper, i didn't worry about the internal structure..... all i was after was to create some interesting eye details on the model. I used the surface noise technique to achieve this.... I basically created some random models in Maya, then baked it onto a 2.5D canvas in Zbrush... The resulting alpha maps were then used as a surface noise generator...
