Well here we are again. another year and another challenge. To be honest, the first thing that comes to my mind thinking about cars is my own very first car. So why not to try and turn it into 3D. Should be interesting times as this will be my first car model ever. Lets see if i can finish this in time, lot of stuff going down at the moment.

Did some progress on the body today. It is slowly starting to look very familiar to me.

Started to make the tire model. Felt like i needed a Small break from the body model.

Gotta keep pushing. I should probably soon start planning out the final environment. I already have an idea in my mind but nothing to show at the moment.

Did some work in the interior department of the car. Not all of the parts, but just the biggest that will be visible in the render.

Started to add some edge loops to make the model work with subsurface modifier. Still a lot to do and fix, but im not giving up on this one. Can't wait to get it to Substance painter!

Just a quick update this time. I am trying to make the head and tail lights look even somewhat good. after that will probably start to make UV maps and try to get it to substance.

First pictures from substance painter. things still need some tweaking. And no, that is not the same license number the real car has.
