Hi there!

 

Good to be back to this year's car render challenge! I'd like to create a concept car for the 24h of LeMans. Garage #56 is for single and innovative vehicles. So my idea is to create an all-electric 4-motor prototype car. I'm not sure about the final scene, but my main focus will be on the car's shape.

Oh yeah, I just started so just wanted to create my wip slot 🙂

Some progress on this concept... Damn, so many things are remaining. This is still just a concept in Low-poly.

I worked on this model tonight a bit more. More definitions have been added. The diffuser is missing, I'll add it hopefully tomorrow!

Hey! Not much yet, just struggling with the headlight design... damn, it was harder than I expected. More details will come to that area as well soon!

After I asked for feedback from my friends and left it to rest, I returned and reworked some basic elements. So I made a new rear wing, a new headlight, and raised the cockpit a bit to make it a bit more realistic.

From now on I can continue with the smaller details 🙂

Yo! I'm here with some smaller items. I'll need to work on the interior and then on the painting and other, texture-based details... It will take for a while I'm sure...

I made the unwrap and added some carbon texture as well as made some decals. Smaller decals are still remaining, and the overall painting scheme too, but at last I made some progress...

I think I'm done with the decals. I'll need more time to figure out the overall paint scheme of the car so I'll just leave it a blank black color until then.
Meanwhile, I started to work on the environment. My main idea was to make an unload scene at Garage #56 at the Le Mans paddock. Long way to go still...

Me again... Tough days, but I managed to create a unique and PROCEDURAL livery on the car that I like. These patterns are generated with the inbuilt textures inside MODO.

Also, I think the first angle could work for the final image...
